Bronco Mendenhall was named Utah State’s 31st head football coach on Dec. 6, 2024 and led USU in his first season to a 6-7 record and a 4-4 Mountain West mark while qualifying for the program’s 12th bowl in 15 years. Mendenhall has 34 years of collegiate coaching experience, including 19 as a head coach, and owns a 146-95 (.606) career record with seven bowl victories.
