Profile
JaMarcus Shephard was named Oregon State’s 33rd head coach on Nov. 28, 2025 and began his first season leading the program in 2026. He spent 2024 as Alabama’s assistant head coach and wide receivers coach and was promoted in 2025 to assistant head coach and co-offensive coordinator while helping Alabama to an 11-4 record and a CFP first-round win. Shephard served as Washington’s assistant head coach, pass game coordinator and wide receivers coach for the 2022-23 seasons during which Washington went 14-1 in 2023 and ranked second nationally in passing. He coached Purdue’s pass game from 2017-21 and tutored All-Americans Rondale Moore and David Bell during his five seasons in West Lafayette.
