Coaching Approach

Offensive play-caller and pass-oriented strategist: served as primary play caller at Louisiana Tech in 2023 when the offense ranked fifth in CUSA with 384.7 yards per game, ran high-volume passing attacks at Texas Tech (over 4,000 yards passing four straight years during his earlier stint) and oversaw TCU offenses that produced a 21.4 points-per-game improvement and top-five national offensive finishes.
